What is the diagnosis?

Answer - 📚Prune belly syndrome, also referred to as Eagle-Barrett syndrome, Obrinsky syndrome, Fröhlich syndrome or triad syndrome.

The triad in Prune belly syndrome consists of:
👉🏽Poor development of the abdominal muscles, causing the skin of the belly area to wrinkle like a prune
👉🏽Undescended testicles
👉🏽Urinary tract problems.

🤔🤔The causes of prune belly syndrome are unknown but the condition affects mostly boys.

🏥Early surgery is recommended to fix weak abdominal muscles, urinary tract problems, and undescended testicles.
