All About Ewedu Love

By the way, did you know that Ewedu's botanical name is Corchorus with about 40-100 species available e.g capsularis, junodi, olitorius etc.

The leaves of Ewedu are rich in betacarotene, iron, calcium, vitamin C and vitamin E. .

Ewedu has been around from the time of the Pharoahs and is a staple food in Egypt where it gained its popularity.
