International Happiness Day 2015

In recognition of the relevance of happiness and well-being as universal goals and aspirations in the lives of human beings around the world, the United Nations in 2012, chose March 20 to be celebrated annually as the International Day of Happiness.

Today is for us all, to celebrate every little blessing we have and share with others too. Live and love because happiness is integral to good health and long life. Give, share, exercise and if you are sad today, remember, you deserve to be happy. Go on and find something to make you smile.

"I wish everyone around the world a very happy International Day of Happiness! The pursuit of happiness is serious business. Happiness for the entire human family is one of the main goals of the United Nations." - Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon
