Toni Braxton collapsed on stage during a performance in Las Vegas in 2008 and was rushed to the hospital where she was  diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE). SLE is a chronic inflammatory disease in which the body's immune system attacks its own tissues and organs. More than 90 percent of cases occur in women and can affect any organ system in the body. She also suffers from pericarditis and had a benign tumor removed from her breast in 2008.
The classic triad of SLE is fever, joint pain and rash in women of childbearing age.

Lil Wayne suffered from three seizures in a row before he was admitted in a hospital in critical condition. He later admitted to having epilepsy in an interview. 
Epilepsy is a medical disorder marked by repeated episodes of unprovoked seizures. Alcohol or drug withdrawal, genetic predisposition and head trauma are some of the causes of epilepsy.
